With the rapid progress of globalization, the intercommunication and cooperation between Europe and the rest of the world in the fields of education, economy, technology and culture are enormously increasing every day. In time to this trend, European Union Education Foundation (CHEER) was founded in 1995 by a group of scholars and experts from European universities and companies. After developing for more than one decade, CHEER has achieved significant accomplishment in building up educational linkages among European Union, China and the rest of the world.
Every success gained and to be gained, which we firmly believe, benefits people with education of a higher standard, mutual understanding in broader horizon, and progress at a more efficient level.
